Thanks so much for the comment!!! I am glad you like my site. As far as the swaps go it is part of another recipe site I am a member of.

recipezarr.com, you have to sign up but it is free unless you want to use other facilities which I do, but it is only 26 something dollars a year, but I have to say it is so much fun and well worth it.

I would love to start these with other peoples blogs I have a few people I can invite if you have some, maybe we can start something together I would love to do this with people who have blogs.

Let me know we can all promote and share the love together as well as having fun.

How does your recipe swap go? How often to you swap and with how many people? I'd like to get one started.

Just found your site and think I'm really going to love it!

Hi Tracy

Thanks for leaving a comment it is always appreciated.. I love experimenting with food as you can tell. We too love buffalo and would cook it more often if I could get it. That is great that you are a pilot there is so not enough women out there, although it is becoming more common now days which is great.

I am coming over to America soon to do some re-currency training and get type rated on a new jet as I am starting with a new company soon.

Again thanks for the nice words and take care.

You have quite a broad selection of recipes....I am from Wyoming and I enjoyed the bison recipes as my family has been cooking with buffalo for quite a long time, it is lean and has a lot of flavor. I am also a pilot and have a RV6 homebuilt and two Piper Warriors I rent for flight training. Great website and keep on cooking-I love to experiment, and make a lot of Asian dishes since I moved to California. My family is Greek and I love to cook food from that region.
