I found this recipe and used it. It was absolutely incredibly delicious! My husband who doesn't normally like Indian-type food loved it. I live in Panama and had to substitute salsa verde for the fresh green chilis, so I don't know what the difference would be with fresh ones. The rice was wonderful this way.
